TMM Company is a real estate developer and construction company of the full-scope. It conducts the whole complex of development and construction works, thus ensuring the efficient working process and quality of performed works at all stages of the projects realization.

Within the development process TMM performs the following works:

• Buying/leasing of a land plot (receiving the permission for the lease/sale of the land plot and construction works in town council, concluding a sale/lease agreement and an investment contract);
• Exploration of a land plot, elaboration of a project concept (architectural, technical, marketing, economic components);
• Development of the design layouts of the project;
• Approval of the project by the City Planning Council;
• Project expertise (obtaining necessary permits),preparation;
Preparation of working documentation of the project;
• Construction works;
• Commissioning of the object (accomplishing of measurement by the Bureau of Technical Inventory, legalization of registration certificates for apartments, post-construction utility services);
• Accomplishment of fine finishing works;
• Exploitation of the building (management of outdoor territory and rental areas).
