TMM Company has put into operation its Carat premium-class residential complex in Kharkiv at 6, Potebny st. All the required works on the project have been finished and the equipment necessary for the residents to move in has been mounted and tested. Fitch Ratings maintained Ukraine-based TMM Real Estate Development plc's (TMM) Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default ratings (IDRs) of 'CC' and National Long-term rating of 'B(ukr)' on Rating Watch Negative (RWN). TMM Company in full and on time has redeemed its D-series bond issue to the total amount of UAH 180.6 million. The bonds repayment was made in the following way – UAH 30.6-million amount was repaid ahead of schedule while UAH 150-million amount was repaid at the maturity date of 1 October 2009.
