In March 2009 the volume of residential real estate sales (actual proceeds in monetary terms*) reached the same level as in March 2008 and amounted to UAH 25.3 million. The sales volume in 1st quarter of 2009 amounted to UAH 46.1 million. The lowest sales volume took place in January 2009 showing growth in February and March. TMM Company has finished the works on monolith frame construction at its "Aviator" economy-class residential complex (22-28 Komarova ave, Kyiv): the construction works of 24th apparatus floor and a floor slab have been finished. TMM Company increased the volume of sales (in square meters) by 25% yoy in 2008. TMM sold over 36,000 sq m of residential real estate in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr. Sales in 1H08 formed 55% of the total yearly volume. The sales volume growth and positive dynamics of cash proceeds of the company against the background of general decrease of operations on the real estate market is the result of increasing demand for high-quality real estate of TMM as a reliable construction company.
