In course of construction of the first stage of Sonyachna Brama residential complex at 73-79, Lomonosova st, Kyiv TMM Company has finished works on wall plastering in apartments and public premises of a 19-storeyed building N8. Prior to this, the same scope of works was completed in a 13-storeyed building N4 and a 10-storeyed building N5. TMM and OJSC "Oschadbank" have signed an agreement on extension of the Company's existing credit lines repayment terms till December 2015. Previously the repayment terms of the credit lines opened by TMM at OJSC "Oschadbank" were set for January 2011 through January 2013.
