TMM Company has put into operation its premium-class residential building "Flamingo" at 13, Bakulina st, Kharkiv. As of today, the whole scope of construction-assembly and fine finishing works has been completed and surrounding area has been landscaped. TMM Company has finished the brick laying works in its economy-class residential project Aviator at 22-28, Komarova ave (Kyiv). Subsequently, the tower cranes at both sections have been disassembled (the crane at 1st section was disassembled in June 2009). TMM-Energobud, one of the companies comprising TMM Group, is finishing the construction of a production facility for manufacturing high-pressure steam pipelines for thermal and nuclear power stations. TMM Company and Sport Life group of companies signed a strategic partnership agreement regarding the development of a chain of fitness centers as part of the infrastructure in the TMM's residential projects. According to the agreement, Sport Life is to operate a fitness center in the Triumph residential complex (59 Zverinetskaya st, Kyiv) put into operation in June 2008. TMM Company is finishing the brick laying works in its economy-class residential project Aviator at 22-28, Komarova ave (Kyiv). In particular, the brick laying of the inner and outer walls has been finished in 1st section of the building and is 85% complete in 2nd section.
