"Sonyachna brama" is located in Golosiyivsky district of Kyiv on 73-79, Lomonosova Street in quiet comfortable area, distant from industrial objects. The district is considered to be one of the ecologically cleanest districts of the capital. |
The complex is being constructed not far from the city arterial roads (500 m); it has convenient transport connection with the city centre. Before 2010 the new metro station is expected to be open near the object; it will significantly improve the transport accessibility of the district. Residential Complex "Sonyachna brama" consists of 16 buildings including 14 residential and 2 office buildings. It is planned to complete the first, second, third and fourth stages of construction in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 respectively. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq. m. As of 1 October 2009 total investments into the project (four stages of construction) constitute 38% of the planned cost of construction. The object consists of two 22-storeyed residential buildings. Construction is planned to be completed in 2009. The total area of the complex is 26 691 sq. m.
