The complex is located in the historic centre of Kharkiv on 22, Kuznechnyi lane not far from Kharkiv river and Radyanska and Prospekt Gagarina metro stations in Chervonozavodskyi district.

Construction of the residential complex started in the fourth quarter of 2005. The project consists of three sections forming two stages of construction. Two sections of the complex (first stage of construction) are to be delivered in 2010. The second stage of construction is currently under development.

Commissioning of the project is scheduled for 2009. The total area of the project is 6 111 sq. m.

As of 1 October 2009 total investments into the project constitute 85% of the planned cost of construction.
