 Residential Complex Triumph 59, Zvirynetska Str. Residential property of premium class. Triumph is located on the top of Zvirynetsky Hill in the park area of Pechersk district, not far from Botanic Garden and Kyevo-Pecherska Lavra Monastery. "Triumph" residential complex consists of three sections - one separate 14-storeyed building and two 25-storeyed buildings connected on the level of 17-19 floors. The concept of the complex - city inside the city - envisages the existence of infrastructure necessary for the comfort living: 3-level underground parking, guests parking, shops, cafe-bar, beauty salon, children's play room, pharmacy, dry-cleaner's and laundry services, day-and-night security, telecommunications network and Internet connection. Fitness club is also located on the territory of the residential complex; it has a swimming pool, gym, classes for group trainings and beauty-centre. "Triumph" residential complex received a high four-star award in the category "Best High-rise Development in Ukraine" according to the results of the prestigious European Property Awards 2008 held in association with CNBC. "Triumph" residential complex was put into operation in June 2008. The solemn opening ceremony was held on November, 7, 2008. Total area of the complex 19 883 sq. m including apartments: 12 156.0 sq. m, office premises: 1561.0 sq. m, parking: 2 870.0 sq. m. The complex is located at the crossroads of Yakuba Kolasa and Chaadaeva Streets in Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv. The project was put into commission in July 2007. As of August 1, 2007 construction works have been completed. Finishing works and improvements of the territory are conducted.

Total area of the complex is 39 111 sq. m. including 15 000 sq. m. of the trade-entertainment complex, up to 16 000 sq. m. of the office premises and 7 315 sq. m. of the covered parking. The complex consists of the office centre (B+ class) and the trade-entertainment centre "KOMOD", which is of "Fashion Center" segment. An ultramodern 4-hall "Multiplex" cinema and delicacy supermarket "Furshet gourmet" are among anchor tenants of the complex. One of the main distinctions of the "ÊÎÌÎD" is presence of several unique brands which were not presented in Ukraine before. The most famous of them are "Marks & Spencer", so much admired by the European middle class, and "Closed", a German youth brand. In addition to shops and boutiques there is a network of cafes: "Yaponahata" sushi-bar, "Sbarro" Italian pizzeria, "Pechena kartoplya" bistro and "L`Kaffa", a restaurant of Eastern cuisine. Tram depot 14, Yakutska Str. Capacity of the depot is 200 units (trams).
Total area of buildings - 15 133,7 sq. m. Total cost of depot construction is 112 million UAH.
The tram depot consists of managerial building, production building, traction substation and 3 check-points. Also there was laid 12 kilometres of rails on the territory of the depot as well as beyond the bonds of it.
The Deport was put into commission in 2005.

The house is located on Vorovskogo Str. not far from the centre of Kyiv in a district with well developed infrastructure. The author of the project is famous Kyiv architect Mr. G. Horhot. The apartment house is a cascade of two sections from 9 to 16 stores partly put on "pylons" and designed by two-storeyed arched passage.
