Triumph is located on the top of Zvirynetsky Hill in the park area of Pechersk district, not far from Botanic Garden and Kyevo-Pecherska Lavra Monastery.

The concept of the complex - city inside the city - envisages the existence of infrastructure necessary for the comfort living: 3-level underground parking, guests parking, shops, cafe-bar, beauty salon, children's play room, pharmacy, dry-cleaner's and laundry services, day-and-night security, telecommunications network and Internet connection. Fitness club is also located on the territory of the residential complex; it has a swimming pool, gym, classes for group trainings and beauty-centre.

"Triumph" residential complex received a high four-star award in the category "Best High-rise Development in Ukraine" according to the results of the prestigious European Property Awards 2008 held in association with CNBC.

"Triumph" residential complex was put into operation in June 2008. The solemn opening ceremony was held on November, 7, 2008.

The Post-Construction Utilities Services Department of TMM Company will conduct further exploitation and maintenance of the complex.

Total area of the complex 19 883 sq. m including apartments: 12 156.0 sq. m, office premises: 1561.0 sq. m, parking: 2 870.0 sq. m.

The complex is located at the crossroads of Yakuba Kolasa and Chaadaeva Streets in Svyatoshynsky district of Kyiv.

The project was put into commission in July 2007.

As of August 1, 2007 construction works have been completed. Finishing works and improvements of the territory are conducted.

Total area of the complex is 39 111 sq. m. including 15 000 sq. m. of the trade-entertainment complex, up to 16 000 sq. m. of the office premises and 7 315 sq. m. of the covered parking.

The complex consists of the office centre (B+ class) and the trade-entertainment centre "KOMOD", which is of "Fashion Center" segment.

An ultramodern 4-hall "Multiplex" cinema and delicacy supermarket "Furshet gourmet" are among anchor tenants of the complex.

One of the main distinctions of the "КОМОD" is presence of several unique brands which were not presented in Ukraine before. The most famous of them are "Marks & Spencer", so much admired by the European middle class, and "Closed", a German youth brand. In addition to shops and boutiques there is a network of cafes: "Yaponahata" sushi-bar, "Sbarro" Italian pizzeria, "Pechena kartoplya" bistro and "L`Kaffa", a restaurant of Eastern cuisine.

The complex is located on Lunacharskogo Str. near "Livoberezhna Metro station" in Dniprovsky district of Kyiv not far from the "Tourist" hotel and the International exhibition centre.

The complex was commissioned in December 2006. The official opening of the trade-entertainment complex took place on 26 May 2007.

The residential complex is located at the intersection of Gmerynska and Chaadaeva Streets, opposite to "Skarbovyi lis" ("Treasure forest").

The object was put into operation in June 2006. All apartments in TMM houses are commissioned only on the "turn key" basis i.e. with full complex of finishing works. All territory is served by Housing Servicing Department of TMM

The complex consists of 7 sections two of which consist of office centre of A class, the other 5 sections are apartment houses of "Premium" class. On the first floors of the complex there are shops, boutiques and beauty parlours located.

Total area of the complex is 59 543 sq. m including apartment houses: 23 650,16 sq. m, office and trade premises: 32 717,18 sq. m, car-parking: 2 631,0 sq. m.

The complex is located in the very centre of the city opposite to National Opera-house. This place of location allows people living it the complex always to be in the centre of business and cultural life of the capital and - due to the architectural composition of the complex and perfect sound- and heat insulation - to live in comfortable and silent apartment. Total area of the complex is 10 752,63 sq. m.

The house is located on Vorovskogo Str. not far from the centre of Kyiv in a district with well developed infrastructure. The author of the project is famous Kyiv architect Mr. G. Horhot. The apartment house is a cascade of two sections from 9 to 16 stores partly put on "pylons" and designed by two-storeyed arched passage.

The residential complex was commissioned in 2003.
