 Post-Construction Utility Services
Starting from 1997 TMM Company maintains its completed projects; that enables the Company to control their further exploitation and ensure the highest quality of dwellings.Post-construction utility services department of TMM provides integral maintenance of all engineering systems and equipment, current servicing and major repair of buildings, cleaning and security of the complexes, landscaping and planting on outdoors territory. Currently the company provides maintainance services for 14 own completed projects and other buildings.
Recreation Services Caring about the welfare and health of its employees and clients TMM Company purchased and reconstructed several buildings of the former Sevastopol sanatorium in Yalta in order to provide recreation services to the employees, clients and partners of the company as well as to other people interested.The sanatorium is located in centre of Yalta, at 16, L. Ukrainki st, in the ancient park at the foot of Darsan hill. The infrastructure includes a swimming pool, a sauna, a summer bar, a parking. Professional 24/7 security is provided for the area. Today TMM-Yalta sanatorium consists of two buildings. In 2007 TMM started the construction of the third building, which is now 95% completed. The 4-storeyed hotel complex includes 13 suites, a restaurant, a cafe and a conference hall. TMM-Yalta sanatorium hosts over 4 thousand people every year. |
